Tom Grimwood started his career in journalism working in broadcasting, mainly as a local radio newsreader, before joining Utility Week as a reporter in 2016. As Insights Editor, Tom produces long-form analyses and investigations on a wide range of topics across utilities, but with a primary focus on energy. Current areas of interest include the decarbonisation of heat, market reforms, energy system planning, grid connections and the transformation of regulated networks.
