Tom Abel - Director of Sales and Sustainable Solutions Following six successful years in a senior commercial role at Business Stream, Tom was appointed as a Director in May 2023. As part of his new role, Tom is responsible for delivering Business Stream’s ambitious retention and growth strategy with a strong focus on developing ESG-led customer propositions and growing our sustainable solutions function. The solutions arm of our business is geared to delivering value-added services to customers to drive water efficiency and deliver significant financial and environmental savings. Tom also plays an integral role in the development and delivery of our ESG strategy, helping to ensure we support our customers to achieve their sustainability targets. Tom has over 20 years’ experience of working in a range of management and consultancy roles. This included 3 years as Commercial Director for Data Centre services company, Pulsant, working on both the sales and operational side of the business. During this period, he played a key role in the delivery of three successful business acquisitions that saw the company grow by over 400%.
