Steven has a technical background grounded in 15 years of working across two different DNOs, with roles spanning electrical planning, innovation, digital and DSO. This is augmented with time in consultancy working on several influential projects such as Virtual Energy System, Digital Spine and Flexibility Markets Unlocked. In his role of Head of Flexibility at Elexon, he is leading the set up and ongoing operation of the Market Facilitator and driving forward flexibility markets as a whole, providing strategic leadership enabling Clean Power 2030 and Net Zero targets to be met.
