Samantha started her career with Electricity North West on the graduate scheme in 1997. She is a chartered engineer with over 26 years of industry experience.Having spent most of her career in engineering roles, Samantha changed direction in 2022 to focus on supporting customers. Currently the head of customer inclusion her remit includes extra care services, fuel poverty support and ensuring the transition to net zero is inclusive for all customers.
