Rob has been the SSEN Managing Director of Transmission since January 2019. Prior to this Rob was the SSEN Managing Director of Corporate and Business Services covering legal, regulation, compliance, safety and large capital project services across the group. Rob joined Southern Electric in 1997 and held various managerial roles within the group including Managing Director of Regulation and Strategy. In January 2021 Rob was appointed as a Director of Energy Networks Association Limited and was a Board Director of Scotia Gas Networks plc from 2006 to 2022. Prior to that Rob worked as an economist with the Office of Electricity Regulation (OFFER).
