Ritika is a strategy and business transformation leader with 22+ years experience across Europe and Asia in Energy and Consultancy . In her current role Ritika heads Strategy for SSE’s Energy Customer Solutions business which comprises of Business Energy in UK and SSE Airtricity in Ireland . Energy Customer Solutions business aims to help customers on their journey to net zero by providing electrification and moving customers onto affordable low carbon solutions.SSE plc is a vertically integrated organisation operating in UK & Ireland energy market. It is a leading generator of renewable electricity with a generation portfolio including onshore & offshore wind, hydro power and efficient gas fired generation. SSE also operates electricity transmission and distribution grids in the UK. Prior to SSE , Ritika spent almost a decade in Centrica in a variety of roles within British Gas , the largest Energy retailer in the UK and Centrica’s Energy Management and Trading Business Unit. Ritika’s experience in energy sector is preceded by a significant experience in consultancy with Tata Consultancy Services and CGI – both major global technology and business consulting organisations. She worked with clients across utilities and public sector to design & drive strategic transformation.Ritika completed her MBA in India and has continued association ith London School of Economics and Ashridge Hult University. She is a passionate advocate of sustainability and enabling a just transition and takes immense pride in being part of a sector at the heart of creating a sustainable future.
