A highly successful senior leader with a history of structuring and delivering local & global transformational change across B2B, B2C, utilities, retail, banking, insurance, big 4 consulting and manufacturing sectors. Paul is a MSc. in International Operations Management and a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt who has helped transform some of the UK’s leading companies including Royal Sun Alliance, SSE, BP, and Tesco. Paul was responsible for creating and leading Tesco’s global Operational Excellence Programme across 12 countries, recognised as one of the top 3 operational excellence programmes in Europe.Having joined Yorkshire Water in 2020 undertaking several roles in Customer Experience and Organisational Development. Recently Paul has led the design and deployment of Yorkshire Water’s Performance Excellence programme, creating a joined-up approach using data and performance excellence hubs as the foundation to drive continuous improvement.
