Nim has been involved in many significant industry changes across water, electricity and gas that has led to enabling increased efficiency in policy implementation, consumer competition and technological advances in different retail markets and jurisdictions in UK and EU. He was also involved in introduction of the world’s first competitive water retail arrangements in Scotland supporting multiple businesses through to adapt their process, technology and data management functions. Throughout his career his passion in driving the digitisation of the energy sector has contributed to large scale reduction of energy usage and carbon emissions alongside influencing policy decisions to support the ongoing advances driving towards net-zero.
