Mike Williamson MBE became Managing Director of the newly formed water division at Adler and Allan in 2023. In this time Mike has grown the division into a true portfolio business providing full turnkey solutions to UK (and international) water companies to help them reduce pollution, manage water resources, manage climate change, increase biodiversity, and transition to new energy, through infrastructure investment strategy, data and analytics, front line operational capability, and environmental consultancy. Prior to Adler and Allan, Mike was Managing Director of Severn Trent Services the commercial arm of Severn Trent Plc for four years, providing water and wastewater services to private clients across the UK. Before that he ran the water and wastewater networks for Severn Trent Water, which provide eight million customers with water every day. Leading a team of 500 people, he managed the assets, planned maintenance across the networks, and directed future investment and incident response.
