Liz worked for professional services firm EY on their early careers programmes before moving to the utilities sector in 2018 working for UK Power Networks in their Talent Acquisition team. More recently Liz has taken up the position of Learning & Development Manager, leading the company's drive on EDI, social mobility and digital skills. In 2023 Liz played a leading role in supporting UK Power Networks to achieve 2nd position in the 2023 Inclusive Top 50 UK Companies List and Investors in People Platinum reaccreditation.
