Lindsay Congreve is the Head of Metering Operations at Anglian Water. In her role, she has successfully delivered over 1.1 million smart meters as part of the sucessful AMP7 program. Lindsay has a strong track record of developing high-performance teams and pioneering solutions for Anglian Water’s regulatory mandate to install over 1,000 smart water meters per day since April 2020. She started her career as a management graduate and has held various positions, including Customer Care Manager, Scheduling Manager and Framework Manager. Lindsay has a passion for showing how Smart Meters in the Water Industry can really make a difference to customers and communities right now and for future generations.
