Justin Macmullan is a Principal Policy Advisor in the Consumer Rights and Sustainability team at Which? He leads the development of Which?’s policy work on sustainability and is developing its research and policy development on home insulation and low carbon heating. He has worked on consumer issues for more than fifteen years including more than ten years leading international consumer advocacy at the United Nations, OECD and WTO.
