Dr Gillian Pratt is the Deputy Director Future Regulation at the Environment Agency. She has held various roles in the EA including Area Manager, Head of Organisational Change and Finance & Corporate Services Manager. She has worked as Director of Finance at the Intellectual Property Office and in the private sector in finance, business planning and engineering roles. Gillian also leads the EA's Regulatory Services digital transformation programme which provides a single common platform for regulation.
