Dr Pippa Lally is a Senior Lecturer in Psychology at the University of Surrey, where she co-directs the Habit Application and Theory Research Group. Her research focuses on behaviour change, with a special interest in Habit Theory. Dr Lally is a Principal Investigator of the APPROACH Trial that uses Habit Theory to promote brisk walking among adults living with and beyond cancer. She also co-leads the Sustainability through Behaviour Change programme of the Institute for Sustainability at the University of Surrey.
