Codrina is a Mission Manager in Nesta’s Sustainable Future team, working with homeowners, heat pump installers, local authorities, and industry experts to accelerate the transition to low-carbon heating. Her work centers on removing consumer barriers to electrifying home heating—developing independent heat pump information resources and tackling challenges within the planning system to support widespread adoption. She also leads “Visit a Heat Pump,” a platform that connects homeowners with hosts who share their experiences of living with heat pumps, helping to demystify the technology and build consumer confidence.
