Clara is a Policy Adviser at the National Infrastructure Commission, where she has worked in several areas including climate resilience and natural capital. She helped develop the Commission's recommendations on asset management and climate resilience for the Second National Infrastructure Assessment, which was published in October 2023. Prior to joining the Commission Clara worked in the railway industry.
