Ben is an accomplished, creative and high achieving IT executive who brings vision, experience, skills and his network to get things done. With a degree in software engineering and 27+ years’ experience across government, manufacturing, telecoms, financials and pharmaceuticals, Ben understands what needs to be put in place to transform a business. Ben is passionate about helping customers transform their IT to be a value engine to the business and helps customers leverage the cloud to reduce costs, lower carbon emissions and increase revenue with cloud-native driven innovation. Ben joined Kyndryl in July 2022 as an executive leading the UK & Ireland Cloud Practice and has broad experience of building cloud platform engineering and operations capability, cloud & digital transformation, application delivery, solutions architecture, enterprise architecture, leadership and organisational transformation. Prior to this Ben had an 18 year career at Capgemini where he did a variety of roles including running a cloud based SaaS business and consulting with customers on IT and digital transformation. Prior to this he worked as a software engineer building product software in pharmaceuticals and finance industries.
