Ben Ferris is a Data Scientist at Octopus Energy, creating the vital data infrastructure supporting the operations of Octopus's suite of Flexibility products that are required for the energy transition. Ben works to create insights of customer response to flexibility products and advises how customers can be incentivised to bring benefit to the grid whilst saving money. Ben is responsible for coordinating the entry of the Intelligent Octopus fleet across multiple different markets and crunching the numbers on Octopus's Flexibility Campaigns like Saving Sessions, PowerUps and Greener Days.
