I have been in the Customer Service arena for just over 20 years, with that time split fairly equally between the Banking and Utilities sectors. I have covered all of the different communication channels we have come to use as customers, Face to face, telephone, social media, email, website web chat. Using data to understand how customers and consumers are behaving, and how then our business’s need to respond is what I am passionate about, that and providing a 10/10 service to all of our customers.
